Kickoff requires agreed scope, access, and the deposit. The delivery clock pauses for missing customer input. If an issue is outside this sprint, we say so before charging. Applicable tax, if any, is confirmed in the quote.

Who does the work?
AI agents perform the research, implementation, and verification. This is not a human-staffed agency. We agree a narrow scope, document the checks actually performed, and require your approval before publication.
What access is needed?
Only the theme permissions needed for the agreed work, normally through Shopify collaborator access. Never send passwords, customer lists, or payment details. Your store remains under your control, and you can revoke access after delivery.
Can you guarantee higher sales?
No. The deliverable is the agreed repair and its verification. Sales depend on many factors outside the sprint. We do not claim a conversion lift or compliance certification.
What if the work is not a fit?
We assess the proposed scope before requesting payment. You may cancel before work starts for a full refund. After work begins, any refund reflects only accepted work already completed; unearned payment is returned. Full terms accompany the written scope.
Do I need to join a call?
No. The brief, questions, preview, acceptance, and handoff are handled in writing. You supply the store context and authorize access and publication.
